We are seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel (10+ years PQE) to support the APAC region of a major multinational on a permanent basis, based in Sydney.

This is a senior, business-facing commercial legal role covering complex technology transactions - SaaS, software and digital content licensing, MSAs, statements of work, and partner and reseller arrangements - alongside broader vendor and consulting agreements. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in technology-driven commercial transactions, strong drafting and stakeholder skills, and the ability to work autonomously. Sydney-based, with at least two days per week in the office.
