Sometimes I come across buyers who have changed their minds, they think they are going too fast.

I always say No Problem. Let's just put off making a decision for a while. I always go through the same thing myself. I know what I want, and when it comes time to make that final decision, I get scared I am doing the wrong thing.

Then I always ask myself

1) Do I really believe this property satisfies all my needs?
2) Is this property affordable for me?
3) The big question is this financially rewarding

If I say yes to all 3 I still go-ahead
