今日想同大家分享一單有關體罰既案件。一位補習老師因其中一位學生未能完成習作，連續兩日以間尺打該位學生達二百下。主審法官在庭上表示，即使學生家長容許，法律也絕不容許教師體罰學生。最終該補習老師被定罪。
所以，教小朋友時切記體罰係行唔通既，亦都為香港法律所唔容許。
