HK45 and ACICA45 are hosting a joint event on the role of the courts in arbitration in Australia and Hong Kong. This will be a hybrid in-person and webinar event in Hong Kong and Adelaide, taking place on September 9 at 4:30 pm HKT / 6:00 pm ADL time.

The panel, including Jennifer Wu, Samuel Leeson, Julie-Anne Mallis, Robert Williams and moderated by Chad Catterwell, will explore the effective use of courts in supporting arbitrations, some common arbitration-related applications brought before the court and the approach of the courts in Australia and Hong Kong to arbitration-related proceedings.
