Ricky brings with him an exceptional breadth of experience, with over 28 years of senior leadership and frontline expertise across real estate development, sales, leasing, investment advisory, and client relationship management in Hong Kong, China, and Taiwan. His distinguished career has included senior positions with well-established organisations and major property groups, where he has led large-scale teams, managed high-value transactions, and contributed to the successful ex*****on of complex real estate and commercial projects.
His professional background spans a number of highly respected roles, including leadership positions at Kingswood Property / Cheung Kong Holding in Hong Kong, Beijing Oriental Plaza / Cheung Kong Holding, Beijing Yintai Property, Lei Shing Hong Property, Kailong REI, Hainan China Sonangol Real Estate, Hainan Binhai Group, as well as entrepreneurial ventures in China and Taiwan. In particular, his achievements in sales leadership, asset management, market analysis, feasibility studies, and transaction negotiation reflect both strategic vision and practical commercial acumen.
Ricky is also CeMAP qualified in the UK, a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing, and holds a Real Estate Broker Certificate in Taiwan, demonstrating both professional credibility and international market strength. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, he is well positioned to support a diverse client base and to strengthen UK Finance One’s cross-border business development, particularly in markets where cultural understanding and trusted advisory relationships are essential.

他的履歷涵蓋多間具代表性的企業及機構，包括香港的 Kingswood Property／長江實業，以及中國的 北京東方廣場／長江實業、北京銀泰置業、利星行地產、Kailong REI、海南安中石油地產、海南濱海集團，並曾於中國及台灣創立及參與顧問業務。Ricky 在銷售管理、資產管理、市場分析、可行性研究及交易談判方面均具備深厚實戰經驗，兼備策略眼光與執行能力。
此外，Ricky 已取得英國 CeMAP 按揭顧問專業資格，亦為英國 Chartered Institute of Housing 特許會員，並持有台灣房地產經紀人證書，充分體現其專業資格及跨市場實力。他能流利運用英語、廣東話及普通話，有助本公司進一步服務多元化客戶群，並加強跨境業務發展。
