P. C. Woo & Co. is delighted to be recognized as a Caring Company for 16 consecutive years by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service. The award is in recognition of the firm’s commitment to caring for the community, our employees and the environment.

Rooted in Hong Kong for 75 years, P. C. Woo & Co. strives to contribute to the sustainable growth of Hong Kong. Over the years, we have been actively involved in social and community service by providing pro bono advice, supporting charitable work and participating in volunteer service. 【 P. C. Woo & Co. Co-Chairman Mr. Lester Huang admitted to the Roll of Honour of The Law Society of Hong Kong 】

The Partners of P. C. Woo & Co. are delighted to note that our Co-chairman and Partner Mr. Lester Huang was admitted to the Law Society of Hong Kong’s Roll of Honour. This recognition of his distinguished service to the Law Society, the development of the legal profession in Hong Kong and the practice of law in Hong Kong, comes in the 75th Anniversary of the Firm.

“I wish to thank the clients and friends of P. C. Woo & Co. for their good support over the years,” said Mr. Huang, “also wish to particularly thank my partners and colleagues who have enabled me to spread my wings beyond my desk to serve Hong Kong and the legal profession.”

Mr. Lester Huang is the third solicitor from P. C. Woo & Co. to be admitted to the Law Society of Hong Kong’s Roll of Honour. He follows our Founder Dr. The Hon. P. C. Woo who was admitted in 2001 and our Consultant Mr. C. H. Wong who was admitted in 2004.

P. C. Woo & Co. admits Ann Tang as Partner, effective from 1 May 2021.

Ann Tang was admitted as a Partner of P. C. Woo & Co. on 1 May 2021. She joined P. C. Woo & Co. as a senior associate in the Litigation Department in October 2018. Ann has over 15 years’ post qualification experience in medical negligence, personal injuries and Employee’s Compensation claims, and has expertise in related areas including death inquests and magistrates’ courts proceedings. Her in-depth professional knowledge comes from years of practice acting for both claimants and defendants and representing a wide range of clients ranging from statutory bodies to legally aided individuals.

P. C. Woo & Co. has been recognized as a “Heart To Heart Company” for the 16th consecutive year by The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups.

P. C. Woo & Co. is delighted to be recognized as a “Heart To Heart Company" by the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups for our commitment to supporting the promotion of youth volunteering and harmony in the community.

Giving back to the community as a good corporate citizen has always been a crucial part of PCW’s culture. We encourage our people to support the community through social projects, pro bono work, sponsorship, volunteering, charitable activities and educational programmes. This award recognizes our continuous efforts in serving the community and demonstrating our corporate social responsibility in building a better environment in which we operate.

Launched by The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups in 2005, the Heart to Heart Project aims to cultivate a genuine wish to serve the community and to promote the concept of mutual help among neighbours.

A team of five from PC Woo & Co. competed in the fundraising event Barrier Busters hosted by the Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation.

Our team members, consisting of Calvin Chow, Heidi Woo, James Chan, Rachel Ho and Kiki Chong experienced the challenges that persons with para-abilities and chronic illnesses face in everyday life and had a sharing session with persons with special needs in the same afternoon.

We congratulate our four new solicitors Jacky Gong (Commercial), Frances Wong (Commercial), James Chan (Litigation) and Ivan Lau (Property, Probate and Trusts) who were admitted to practice at hearings before Mr Justice Patrick Li on Saturday 4 January 2020.
