For the time being, the courts are set to open by the 21st of June in their entirety, concerning all Civil and Criminal cases. The Administrative Courts will be opening earlier on the 1st of June, while government services are already functioning (with restrictions).

The judicial year has been extended to July 15th, and the courts will reopen earlier on September 1st.

My office will be open throughout the summer for any legal matters that the office clients need tending to. Do not hesitate to contact us for any legal matter that may arise.

Η νέα έκδοση του Εκδοτικού Δεδεμάδη με τίτλο "Εξωδικαστικός Μηχανισμός Ρϋθμισης Οφειλών" που αφορά τον Νόμο 4469/2017, το όποιο έχω συγγράψει. Απευθύνεται σε λογιστές, νομικούς, επιχειρήσεις και ελεύθερους επαγγελματίες που θέλουν να καταθέσουν αίτηση για την ρύθμιση οφειλών. Το γραφείο μας έχει προγραμματίσει σεμινάρια πάνω στο θέμα για τα οποία θα δωθούν περισσότερες πληροφορίες. Επίσης αναλαμβάνουμε την κατάθεση αιτήσεων της ρύθμισης για όλους του ενδιαφερόμενους.

This is my book concerning the restructuring of company and business debt in the Greek market under Law 4469/2017, published by Dedemadis Publications. It is aimed at accountants, lawyers, businesses and professionals that wish to be under the umbrella of the law. Our offices is arranging for a series of seminars on the matter for all that are interested, more information will follow on that topic. Also, we undertake to file any and all applications for those that are interested in our assistance.

This is my first attempt at literature, a philosophical narrative written in English named "Styx", a book that I have completed and that was published recently by Dedemadis Publications, which belongs to a relative.
I wrote paper after paper in college all those years, and then a small mountain of law suits. I felt that I had something to say of my own, and slowly plodded along with it for a number of years before the book was complete, nearly 15 years ago.
I let it sit on the shelf, knowing how most novels fare in this world, which is usually not very far. But I figured it is best for one to share their thoughts, in this world of free speech. I don't expect anyone to agree with it, but even if you read it and are of the contrary opinion, I promise it should arouse your thought process.

At the beginning of August, the legislation concerning the reduction of debts for businesses will come into effect (Εξωδικαστικός Μηχανισμός) and all that have such matters are welcome here for assistance at affordable prices.

The hypocrisy runs high and wide. On the one hand lawyers are removed from being necessary in land transactions so as to supposedly lower the cost of purchase and sale, and on the other, taxes are raised on all immovable property to the point that no one will make new purchases, extending even to perhaps some people wanting to give up their land assets because they can no longer afford the rates they must pay to the public coffers. The contradictions do not end, while more taxes are being levied every day under the Memorandum III, leaving the people unable to even meet their basic needs.

The class of attornies, prosecutors and judges must meet the challenge of dispensing justice, even when their own government is seeped in injustice itself. Every man is responsible for his own actions, and must face his conscience when he closes his eyes to sleep at night. Neigh is enough.

A dark rainy November day; the room of the main office was smoky with the sound of the raindrops piercing the air as they hit the windows. The radio was on low, with jazzy tunes dancing about the place. The court application was almost ready, yet another document to put the bankster lawyers scrambling to make excuses to their bosses for more of their loans going up in flames. Sipping his coffee, the atmosphere felt sweet.

All business related to personal bankruptcy under Law 3869/10, corporate and commercial defaults, and loan renegotiations welcome in this office, it has become the main area of specialization since the beginning of the financial crisis. We stand by the little guy, till victory is theirs!
