A joint seminar of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, the University of Konstanz, the University of Göttingen, the Heidelberg University and the University of Freiburg took place at the universities of Heidelberg and Konstanz between 3-6 June 2024, completing a 40-year cycle of joint seminars between the universities.

The subject of the seminar was Modern issues of European Procedural Law, International and National Arbitration and collective redress. Our Senior Associate, Dr. Evangelos Ziakas, participated actively, holding a presentation on procedural challenges deriving from the application of the Directive (EU) 2016/943 for the protection of trade secrets.

Our Senior Associate, Ms Iris Ntolaptsi, will participate in the 16th Panhellenic Conference of Lawyers of Legal Services entitled “Leading the Business of Law”, organized by NOMIKI BIBLIOTHIKI in collaboration with the Association of Corporate Counsel Europe (ACCE).

The prestigious conference will take place on June 12th at Megaron the Athens Concert Hall, bringing together leading legal practitioners from Greece and abroad. Ms Ntolaptsi will participate in a panel of distinguished practitioners discussing the thought-provoking topic of “Out-of-Court dispute resolution: A modern approach for companies”.
