მსოფლიო ჩემპიონატის ნახერფინალური შეხვედრების პარარელურად, არანაკლებ დაძაბული ფინალური შეხევედრა გაიმართა FLS-ის იურისტებსა და შემოსავლების სამსახურს შორის:)

საქმე ეხებოდა დავალიანების მქონე კომპანიის დირექტორის, კომპანიის დამფუძნებლის, დამფუძნებლის მეუღლის, ასევე დავალიანების მქონე კომპანიის პარტნიორი კომპანიის (კომპანია რომელსაც მიეწოდა პროდუქცია) დირექტორის, ცრუმაგიერ პირად აღიარებას.

სააპელაციო სასამართლოში დავა FLS-ის უპირატესობით წარიმართა და მისივე გამარჯვებით დასრულდა. განჩინება საბოლოოა და არ საჩივრდება !

მოხარული ვართ გაცნობოთ, რომ მიმდანარე წლის 12 მარტს, სულხან-საბა ორბელიანის უნივერსიტეტში გაიმართება წიგნის პრეზენტაცია: "იურისტის როლი ბიზნესმოლაპარაკებებში, მედიაციაში, არბიტრაჟსა და სასამართლოში". იურიდიული კომპანია FLS -ის დამფუძნებელი და მმართველი პარტნიორი Lasha Tsertsvadze წიგნის თანაავტორია. ლაშას მომზადებულია წიგნის დასკვნითი თავი, "ადვოკატის როლი სასამართლოში", რაც სასამართლო დარბაზში, ადვოკატის ხელოვნებას და საქმის წარმატებით წარმოდგენას ეხება.
ლაშამ წიგნზე,გასულ ზაფხულს ბერლინში, ჰუმბოლდტის უნივერსიტეტში იმუშავა, სადაც იგი სპეციალური მიწვევით იმყოფებოდა.

We are pleased to announce that on March 12 of this year, a book presentation will be held at Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University for the volume titled “The Role of a Lawyer in Business Negotiations, Mediation, Arbitration, and Litigation.”
One of the co-authors of the publication is Lasha Tsertsvadze, the founder and managing partner of the law firm FLS. Mr. Tsertsvadze authored the concluding chapter of the book, “The Role of the Advocate in Court,” which examines the professional function of an advocate in the courtroom, the art of legal advocacy, and strategies for the effective presentation of a case before the court.
Notably, Mr. Tsertsvadze worked on this chapter during the summer of last year in Berlin at Humboldt University, where he was present by special invitation.
