❗️კონკურენციის ეროვნული სააგენტოს, კინოთეატრების ბილეთების ონლაინ რეალიზაციის ბაზარზე დაწყებული მოკვლევის ფარგლებში, წარდგენილი შუამდგომლობა თბილისის სააპელაციო სასამართლომ დააკმაყოფილა.

❗️სააგენტოს მიერ მოკვლევის დასრულებამდე, სასამართლოს ბრძანებით შეჩერდა - შპს „სადისტრიბუციო კომპანიასა“ და შპს „ონლაინ თიქეთსს“ (სამართალმემკვიდრე შპს „თინეთი“) შორის 2022 წლის 31 დეკემბერს დადებული ხელშეკრულების საფუძველზე მოქმედი „ექსკლუზივის“ პირობა.

❗️აღნიშნული პირობის მიხედვით, „სადისტრიბუციო კომპანია“ შპს „თინეთს“, 2 წლის ვადით, ექსკლუზიურად გადასცემდა ქვეყანაში მოქმედი 6 ძირითადი კინოთეატრის ბილეთებს ონლაინ რეალიზაციის მიზნით, და ამავდროულად, იღებდა ვალდებულებას, არ გადაეცა აღნიშნული კინოთეატრის ბილეთები სხვა კომპანიებისათვის, რაც ამავე საქმიანობით დაკავებული სხვა სუბიექტების ბაზრიდან განდევნას იწვევდა.

In the cinema tickets online sale market, The Court granted the petition of the National Competition Agency

The Tbilisi Court of Appeals granted the petition submitted by the National Competition Agency, in the framework of the investigation of the cinema tickets online sale market.

Until the end of the investigation, with the court order, the "exclusive" condition of the contract concluded on December 31, 2022, between "Distribution Company" and "Online Tickets" (legal successor "Tineti") was suspended by the Agency.

According to the mentioned condition, the "Distribution Company" exclusively transferred the tickets of 6 main cinemas operating in the country to "Tinet" for the purpose of online sale for a period of 2 years, and at the same time, undertook the obligation not to transfer the tickets of the mentioned cinemas to other companies, which would lead to the expulsion of other entities engaged in the same activity from the market.
