👏 SBC Legal მოხარულია გაცნობოთ, რომ შვეიცარიულ საერთაშორისო განვითარების ორგანიზაცია Helvetas-თან თანამშრომლობით აგროსექტორში ორი მნიშვნელოვანი დარგობრივი გაერთიანება ჩამოყალიბდა.
Helvetas, რომელიც საქართველოში ადგილობრივი ეკონომიკური გაძლიერების მიმართულებით ახორციელებს პროგრამებს, აღნიშნული ინიციატივის ფარგლებში SBC Legal-თან თანამშრომლობდა დარგობრივი ინსტიტუციების სამართლებრივი ფორმირების პროცესში.
პარტნიორობის შედეგად დაფუძნდა ა(ა)იპ „ქვემო ქართლის ღვინის გაერთიანება“ და ა(ა)იპ „ჩაის მწარმოებელთა ორგანიზაცია – საქართველო – ჩაის რესპუბლიკა“.

„ქვემო ქართლის ღვინის გაერთიანება“ ორიენტირებულია ქვემო ქართლის, როგორც უნიკალური ღვინის რეგიონის, სტრატეგიულ განვითარებაზე და მისი კონკურენტუნარიანობის ზრდაზე როგორც შიდა, ისე საერთაშორისო ბაზრებზე. მისი საქმიანობა მოიცავს რეგიონის ცნობადობის ამაღლებას, 8 000-წლიანი მეღვინეობის ისტორიის პოზიციონირებას, ვენახების სისტემურ აღრიცხვასა და ნიადაგების კვლევას, ადგილობრივი ვაზის ჯიშების აღორძინებასა და ხარისხის გაუმჯობესებას, თანამედროვე სტანდარტების დანერგვას, ადგილწარმოშობის დასახელებების განვითარებას, ერთიანი ბრენდინგის ხედვის ჩამოყალიბებასა და ღვინის ტურიზმის მხარდაჭერას.

„ჩაის მწარმოებელთა ორგანიზაცია – საქართველო – ჩაის რესპუბლიკა“ კი მიზნად ისახავს ქართული ჩაის სექტორის სტრატეგიულ განვითარებასა და რეაბილიტაციას. ორგანიზაცია ორიენტირებულია დარგის განვითარების პროგრამების შემუშავებაზე, წარმოებისა და ხარისხის გაუმჯობესებაზე, ნორმატიულ-ტექნიკური ბაზის ჩამოყალიბებაზე, სექტორში მოქმედი სუბიექტების გაერთიანებასა და მათი ინტერესების დაცვაზე. ამასთან, იგი ხელს უწყობს თანამედროვე ტექნოლოგიებისა და საერთაშორისო სტანდარტების დანერგვას, მდგრადი და ეკოლოგიურად პასუხისმგებელი წარმოების განვითარებას, კვლევით და საგანმანათლებლო საქმიანობას, სახელმწიფო და საერთაშორისო ინსტიტუტებთან თანამშრომლობასა და სექტორში საინვესტიციო გარემოს გაძლიერებას.
Helvetas-თან თანამშრომლობა ეფუძნებოდა საერთო სტრატეგიულ ხედვას – ძლიერი სექტორები საჭიროებს მყარ ინსტიტუციურ საფუძველს. სამართლებრივი სტრუქტურის სწორად ჩამოყალიბება წარმოადგენს იმ ფუნდამენტს, რომელზეც შესაძლებელია დარგობრივი კონსოლიდაციისა და გრძელვადიანი განვითარების დაფუძნება.

SBC Legal is pleased to announce that, in cooperation with the Swiss international development organization Helvetas, two significant sectoral associations have been established in the agricultural sector.
Helvetas, which implements programs in Georgia aimed at strengthening the local economy in Georgia, collaborated with SBC Legal within the framework of this initiative in the process of legally forming sectoral institutions.

As a result of this partnership, the Non-Entrepreneurial (Non-Commercial) Legal Entity „Kvemo Kartli Wine Union” and the Non-Entrepreneurial (Non-Commercial) Legal Entity „Tea Producers Organization – Georgia – Tea Republic” were established.
The „Kvemo Kartli Wine Union” is oriented toward the strategic development of Kvemo Kartli as a unique wine region and the enhancement of its competitiveness in both domestic and international markets. Its activities include increasing the region’s visibility, positioning its 8,000-year winemaking heritage, conducting systematic vineyard registration and soil research, reviving local grape varieties and improving quality, introducing modern standards, supporting the development of protected designations of origin, establishing a unified branding vision, and promoting wine tourism.

The „Tea Producers Organization – Georgia – Tea Republic” aims at the strategic development and rehabilitation of the Georgian tea sector. The organization focuses on developing sectoral programs, improving production and quality, establishing a normative and technical framework, uniting stakeholders operating within the sector and protecting their interests. In addition, it promotes the introduction of modern technologies and international standards, the development of sustainable and environmentally responsible production, research and educational activities, cooperation with state and international institutions, and the strengthening of the investment environment within the sector.
The cooperation with Helvetas was based on a shared strategic vision – strong sectors require a solid institutional foundation. The proper establishment of a legal structure constitutes the basis upon which sectoral consolidation and long-term development can be built.
For us, participation in development projects of this nature is both important and responsible, and we believe that cooperation with Helvetas will continue in the future, giving rise to many further successful initiatives. LED Georgia
