Public Private Dialogue Network Georgia / PPD Network Georgia / Constructive and Result-oriented Dialogue Between Public and Private Sector for Improved Business Environment in Georgia

Good and result-oriented Public Private Dialogue (PPD) leads to improved business environment through smart policies, regulations and reforms. PPD is held between the private sector organisations like associations, BSOs/BMOs and public sector like the President, the Prime Minister, Ministers, civil servants, governors, mayors, parliamentarians and government agencies. PPD can be institutionalized

or ad-hoc, sectoral (like better regulatory environment for tea producers) or horizontal (better tax laws for all business). PPD is in the interest of both the private and the public side as it leads to better results, better laws, better regulations, reduces conflicts and talking to each other to find solutions is a value for itself. In the PPD Activity we train stakeholders from the private sector to do a better job as Advocates and Lobbyist in Public Private Dialogue in different topics like Advocacy, Membership, Communication, Analytics, Positioning, Negotiation/Mediation.

(სერვისების განვითარება მენეჯმენტის კონსულტანტებისთვის)
ტრენინგები ფოკუსირებული იყო საკონსულტაციო სფეროში მოღვაწე კონსულტანტებისთვის ახალი უნარჩვევებისა და ცოდნის შეძენაზე და წარმოადგენდა ერთგვარი მოსამზადებელ ეტაპს მათთვის, ვისაც სურს CMC (Certified Management Consulting) საერთაშორისო სერტიფიკატის აღება.

ტრენინგების სერიას უძღვებოდა სპეციალურად ავსტრიიდან მოწვეული ტრენერი Christian Putzer , რომელიც არის სერთიფიცირებული კონსულტანტი მენეჯმენტში 2003 წლიდან და საკონსულტაციო კომპანია „CPM Consulting“ მმართველი.

ტრენინგები მიმდინარეობდა ინტერაქტიულ რეჟიმში და მონაწილეები ჩართულნი იყვნენ პრაქტიკულ სამუშაოებში. ტრენერმა მონაწილეებს გააცნო შემდეგი საკითხები: საკონსულტაციო მენეჯმენტის საფუძვლები, ძირითადი ღირებულებები და სხვადასხვა გამოწვევები ბიზნეს მხარდამჭერი ორგანიზაციებისთვის, ახალი სერვისების განვითარება, საკონსულაციო ტექნიკები და ინტერვენციები, კონსულტანტების შერჩევის პროცესი, ორგანიზება, საკონსულტაციო სასერთიფიკატო პროგრამის იმპლემენტაცია ,ბიზნესის თანმდევი და ექპორტ/კონსალტინგ პროგრამები.

ღონისძიების მხარდამჭერი იყო საერთაშორისო ბიზნეს ცენტრი Regus, რომელმაც უზრუნველყო ტრენინგები სამუშაო სივრცით, რისთვისაც GSMEA მადლობას უხდის მას.

საქართველოში DCFTA-თან დაკავშირებით ვებგვერდი ამოქმედდა. მისი მიზანია DCFTA-ს შესახებ პრაქტიკული და საკანონმდებლო სახის, აგრეთვე სხვა საჭირო ინფორმაციის მეწარმეებისა და სხვა დაინტერესებული პირებისათვის შეუფერხებლად მიწოდება ქართულ და ინგლისურ ენებზე.

28 აპრილს, საქართველოს პარლამენტის დარგობრივი ეკონომიკისა და ეკონომიკური პოლიტიკის კომიტეტისა და ბიზნესისა და ეკონომიკის ცენტრის (BEC) ერთობლივი ორგანიზებით, USAID-ის ''მმართველობა განვითარებისთვის'' (G4G) პროექტის ფარგლებში - „საჯარო და კერძო სექტორებს შორის დიალოგის პლატფორმის გაძლიერება პარლამენტში” - გაიმართა საჯარო და კერძო სექტორებს შორის დიალოგი თემაზე: ,,საქართველოში გადახდისუუნარობის სისტემის ხარვეზები და რეფორმის საჭიროება.’’

გადახდისუუნარობის სისტემის მნიშვნელობისა და საერთაშორისო გამოცდილების შესახებ ისაუბრეს ექსპერტებმა გადახდისუუნარობის საკითხებში: ნანა ამისულაშვილმა და ქეთევან ბაშინურიძემ.

კერძო სექტორიდან მოხსენებები წარმოადგინეს: საქართველოს იურიდიული ფირმების ასოციაციის, დისტრიბუტორთა ბიზნეს ასოციაციის, მწარმოებელთა ფედერაციის, საქართველოს ბიზნეს ასოციაციის, ინვესტორთა საბჭოს და გადასახადის გადამხდელთა კავშირის წარმომადგენლებმა.

აღმასრულებელი ხელისუფლებიდან მოხსენები წარმოადგინეს და მოსაზრებები გამოთქვეს: იუსტიციის მინისტრის მოადგილემ მიხეილ სარჯველაძემ; ფინანსთა მინისტრის მოადგილემ ნიკოლოზ გაგუამ და ეკონომიკისა და მდგრადი განვითარების მინისტრის მოადგილემ ნინო ჯავახაძემ.

დისკუსიაში სამივე სექტორის 60-მდე წარმომადგენელი იღებდა მონაწილეობას.

On April 28, the Public-Private Dialogue (PPD) on the Gaps of the Insolvency System in Georgia and the Necessity of Reforming was held in the Parliament, in the framework of the USAID ,,Governing for Growth’’ (G4G) in Georgia Project - ''Strengthening PPD Platform in Parliament''. The event was organized by Business and Economic Centre (BEC) together with and hosted by the Sector Economy and Economic Policy Committee of the Parliament of Georgia.

The importance of effective insolvency system and the best practices were presented by Insolvency Experts: Ms. Nana Amisulashvili and Ms. Ketevan Bashinuridze.

Private sector perspectives on the gaps of the Insolvency System in Georgia were presented by the: Association of Law Firms of Georgia; Georgian Distributors Business Association; Georgian Producers’ Federation; Georgian Business Association (BAG), Investors Council Georgia and Tax Payers Union.

The Georgian Government's positions with respect to the necessity of reforming were presented by: Mr. Mikheil Sarjveladze, Deputy Minister of Justice; Mr. Nikoloz Gagua, Deputy Minister of Finance and Ms. Nino Javakhadze, Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development.

Discussion was attended by almost 60 participants from public, private and NGO sectors.
