თუ თქვენს კომპანიაში დასაქმებულია უცხო ქვეყნის მოქალაქე, მოემზადეთ ახალი რეგულაციის შესასრულებლად.
📌 ახალი მოთხოვნის მიხედვით, უცხოელ დასაქმებულებს დასჭირდებათ დამატებით „შრომითი საქმიანობის უფლების“ მოპოვება.
📍 დამსაქმებლებს ეკისრებათ ვალდებულება, მოიპოვონ აღნიშნული უფლება დასაქმებულისათვის.
⚠️ უფლების გარეშე შრომითი საქმიანობა ან თვითდასაქმება 1 მარტიდან უკანონოდ ჩაითვლება.

🚨 Important changes to Georgia’s Labour Migration Law – effective March 1, 2026!
If your company employs foreign nationals—or if you are a self-employed foreigner working in Georgia—get ready to meet a new legal requirement.
📌 Foreign nationals will need to obtain a “Right to Engage in Labour Activity” before starting work.
📍 Employers are responsible for securing this permit for their foreign employees.
📍 Self-employed foreigners must obtain the permit on their own.
⚠️ From March 1, any employment or self-employment without such permit will be considered illegal.
