Benn & Barr Law is seeking an Associate Attorney specializing in Family Law. This role offers the opportunity to manage your own caseload while working collaboratively with experienced counsel and support from a Family Law paralegal.

👉 What you’ll do:
✔️ Manage a full caseload and deadlines
✔️ Represent clients in complex family law litigation
✔️ Handle divorce, custody, support, property division, prenups, PFAs, and more
✔️ Draft pleadings, motions, and agreements
✔️ Conduct legal research and case analysis
✔️ Build strong client relationships from intake through resolution

👉 What we’re looking for:
✔️ JD from an accredited law school
✔️ Active Pennsylvania Bar admission (required)
✔️ Strong advocacy, research, and analytical skills
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔️ Ability to manage cases independently and collaboratively

🕘 Job Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday
