PLANNING APPROVAL GRANTED

By working with us, this family secured planning approval and are now looking to start their extension build which will more than double their living space without the need to move house.

To support the family's budget, this project has been designed for phased construction, giving them flexibility in construction stages (and budget costs!).

HOW DID WE ACHIEVE ALL THIS?

By adding a two-storey side extension and single storey rear addition, to give them all the space they wished for. Working with families to achieve their requirements and design goals with full, dedicated support through the design and planning application journey.
