GHP Legal, a leading North Wales and Shropshire law firm has strengthened its Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution team with the appointment of solicitor Owen Roberts.
GHP Legal, which has offices in Wrexham, Oswestry and Llangollen, says Owen’s appointment comes at a time of continued demand for the firm’s Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution services.
Having gained a First-Class Honours degree in Law from the University of Liverpool in 2019, Owen subsequently gained valuable experience with a national law firm. Owen joins the team in Wrexham, bringing experience in professional indemnity and property damage matters and further strengthening the department’s ability to support clients across a wide range of disputes.
As a member of the GHP Legal Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution team, Owen will advise clients on a wide range of civil disputes involving individuals, organisations and public bodies.
The firm’s Civil Litigation and Dispute Resolution department handles a wide range of disputes, including contract disputes, breaches of agreement, commercial disputes and debt recovery. The team also advises on property disputes, landlord and tenant issues, professional negligence, employment disputes, personal injury and clinical negligence claims, as well as contentious probate, including disputed wills and inheritance claims.
