If you are a cohabiting couple, your rights are next to zero if one of you dies without a Will.

This could soon change however. Click on the link to read about the Government Consultation that could give you more rights to inherit from your partner even without a Will.

But, before you decide that you don't need a Will, you need to understand the risks of sideways disinheritance and the importance of appointing Executors and Guardians for your Children.
