Mediation

Strong supporter of mediation. Considerable experience in representing clients in mediations and being appointed the mediator. There is nothing more satisfying than concluding mediation with a deal done which everybody can live with! One success I particularly enjoyed was settling a property dispute at mediation, within 48 hours of being instructed, that had daunted the clients lives for 20 years at vast expense.
