Top tip for homebuyers: Always try to visit the property you're purchasing more than once before completion.

A second (or even third) viewing can help you spot things you may have missed the first time around. Remember, your Solicitor won't visit the property, so they'll be relying on you to raise any concerns or highlight any issues that may need to be addressed before completion.
