Another case has reached a positive conclusion 😁.

Client had purchased a car a few years ago, then sold it on recently, both with car dealerships. The car was sold initially to the clients with outstanding finance on (naughty, naughty!). Clients felt stuck in the middle of 2 car dealers, both of whom hadn’t done their due diligence checks.

Thankfully, the initial dealership managed to get the matter resolved after we’d made contact with them.

Update on this case, the Met Police dropped the application for a closure order based on the facts of their application being inaccurate 😬.

This would never of happened if the officer in charge had 👀

The client is now considering their options regarding this unlawful application.

Assisted a client today by avoiding unjust action against his business.

Calmed him down after something was unexpectedly sprung on him. Pointed him in the correct direction and advised on how to make use of his recent positive interactions with law enforcement in his area.

Judge dismissed the case and criticised the applicants use/waste of their time.

Whilst law enforcement is positive and productive in a number of cases, abuse of the spirit of the legislation is far from Okay! Thankfully common sense prevailed on this occasion.
