🚨 The Renters Rights Act (RRA) is coming, and it’s the biggest reform to the private rented sector in a generation.
From 1 May 2026, all new and existing ASTs will convert to Assured Periodic Tenancies, Section 21 will be abolished, rent increases will be restricted, rental bidding will be banned, and new information duties will apply.
