We are really glad to see that justice has been served on this unscrupulous timeshare reclaim company. They give the industry a bad name. If you are looking for a company to help you exit from your timeshare, do your due-diligence
before parting with any money.

We are aware of a number of companies cold-calling and forcibly misselling the ability to release people from their timeshares. As people are so desperate to exit their contracts, they place their trust in these unscrupulous firms (which are often not UK-based) to conduct what they believe to be a legitimate scheme. These deceptive companies make bold claims that you can “exit fast” from your timeshare, and many are funded by providers who claim that they are able to “buy you out”.

Avoid timeshare scams – never accept a cold call from these companies. Do your due diligence and always ensure that they are a registered business with a UK-based office.
