We’re expanding our team and looking for a self‑employed contractor to support our busy Estate & Letting Agent business.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a sociable, varied, and flexible working day. Many people say that conducting property viewings is the most enjoyable part of the job — meeting new people, seeing different properties and helping prospective buyers & tenants find the right home.

The work includes:
Conducting property viewings
Carrying out check‑ins, check‑outs, and interim tenancy inspections
Producing Schedule of Condition reports for new tenancies

What we’re looking for:
Reliable, well‑presented individuals
Strong communication skills
Good attention to detail
Someone comfortable working independently and managing their own time

This is a self‑employed contractor position, ideal for those who want flexibility and enjoy being out and about rather than stuck behind a desk.
