I would just like to give a shout out to Clare At Drayton , I had a phone call from a Drayton Wiser customer within my area, he was having issues with the communication between the hub and the TRV's, but as you can imagine I don't only specialise in the one thermostat, so I reached out to Drayton and Clare came back with links and a troubleshooting guide, so when I arrived I had the issues fixed in no time and even helped the customer on how to change the batteries when low.
