What actually is a will?

When you have a will, it should set out all the following information:

Whom do you want to benefit from your will? Every will should stipulate who will benefit from the information within the document.

Who should take care of any children you have that are under the age of 18? Legally, those under 18 are still children, so it’s important you consider who would care for them if you die before they become an adult.
