The successful candidate will assist solicitors and partners on a broad range of corporate transactions, corporate restructuring and some commercial contract matters, whilst providing administrative and legal support to the wider corporate team.

Experience Level: All levels of experience considered

Congratulations to Andrew Martin, Hannah Smith, and Laura Philips!

• Andrew Martin - technically accomplished in the Corporate & Commercial department, combining deep legal expertise with a pragmatic, commercially focused approach.

• Hannah Smith - specialising in Probate and Court of Protection matters. With expertise in Administration of deputyship orders, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Probate matters, including Estate Administration, Wills, Inheritance tax planning, and Powers of Attorney.

• Laura Philips - has been with the firm since 2020 in the Residential Conveyancing department. Her expertise covers a wide range of services, including the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, buy-to-let investments, and re-mortgages.

On Friday night an Enoch Evans team ‘Steph in the Right Direction’ took part in Well Wishers charity quiz night. Well Wishers is the official registered charity of the Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust helping to raise vital funds.

Whilst our team may not have won, a lot of fun was had and more importantly money raised for a very important cause.
