We are now looking to recruit a Saturday viewing assistant and midweek Property Inspector. £15 per hour (+ expenses) working each Saturday and 1 other midweek day from 9am to 3pm.
iLove homes has been an established Estate Agency/Property Management Company for ten years covering Walsall, Birmingham and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
· Confidently communicating with viewers, clients and tenants
· Confirming appointments with Vendors/Landlords and Viewers
· Maintain good time-keeping practices
· Driving to and from properties to meet viewers and Tenants to conduct property inspections.
· Organised access to properties

Skills Required:
· Strong knowledge of the West Midlands surrounding markets would be an advantage
· Excellent sales skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Personal Specification
· Maintains a positive attitude towards routine tasks
· Accurate and exceptional attention to detail
· Pro-active and enjoys working both as part of a team and independently
· Confident and assertive where required
· Must be sales orientated with strong customer service levels
Job Types: Every Saturday and one midweek day between 9am to 3pm

Salary:
£15 per hour - £8,580 per annum
