Congratulations to my clients who completed last month on their incredible new home, with views stretching all the way to the Long Man of Wilmington. It was a tricky deal at times that required a lot of due diligence, I found myself drawing on my 20yrs of property experience on several occasions! I know they will love living there, from the vineyard views at Rathfinny, antique shopping in Alfriston and walks in the Downs and along Cuckmere Haven - this is one of my favourite corners of East Sussex. They treated me to some amazing Turkish Delight from their recent trip too, both elegant and delicious!

LINK IN BIO! In our latest Market Review, we discuss all the emerging trends in the UK housing market. These include “seller fatigue” driving more realistic pricing, and increased buyer activity on competitively priced homes. This certainly reflects what I am seeing in Kent and Sussex. I’ve negotiated significant reductions for clients on properties which have been on the market for several months, but also had to act decisively & put forward strong offers for properties coming on at the right price, due to multiple interested parties. We have certainly seen an increase in enquiries, as buyers are finding it a confusing market to navigate. So do get in touch if we can help!
