Supporting our Community

I have been involved in various sports throughout my life and know how this brings people together and makes them flourish while feeling part of something.

My company is committed to supporting local clubs such as my much loved Falmouth Docks Table Tennis club and others such as Mount Ambrose and Grampound Road cricket clubs, Penryn junior rugby and a local swim club. They all have one thing in common which is that they are community clubs nurturing youngsters.

We are currently talking to other clubs with strong junior sections as this is important to us. News on these to follow.

This week it should be my turn to show my skillset. However, the company website already confirms that I specialise in complex and high value financial cases. I could not do this without the support of an exceptional team and so a picture of us is in order.

Bertie is our Human Resources manager and responsible for the wellbeing of the team.

Bertie is well known by many of our clients and often present during meetings which helps put everyone at ease.

Team Member - Week 3

This week is the turn of our highly experienced director Katie Nightingale.

Katie began her career in law in 2000 and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive three years later. She has always specialised in family law and has previously worked at firms in Berkshire and Middlesex.

Katie advises on all aspects of family law from the preparation of pre-nuptial agreements at the outset of a relationship to divorce and separation if it subsequently breaks down. Katie tries to find an agreed solution for her clients rather than involving the courts whenever possible.

Team Member - Week 2

Chanelle qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and has specialised in family law for several years. She joined us in early 2025 and her experience has added yet further strength the team.

Chanelle advises on all aspects of family law including the arrangements for children and the division of finances on divorce.

Chanelle’s calm manner helps her clients to try to resolve their issues by agreement rather than involving the expensive and often unpredictable court system. However, where agreement just isn’t possible, Chanelle is fast gaining a reputation as being a very persuasive court advocate.

When you are proud of your great team, you’re justified in telling everyone so over the coming weeks that’s what I’m doing.

We will start with the youngest which is Hannah who joined the team in 2022 as an 18-year-old after her A’ Level exams. She has since flourished to gain a first class law degree and become an integral part of the team working mainly alongside the company founder Anthony Vingoe.

Hannah is now studying her final solicitors’ exams while working in the company and is an important part of the team and the future.
