It is always good to see a local business grow while keeping the traditional values of integrity and professionalism.

Cornwall Will Writers has established itself in the community over recent years by genuinely looking after their clients. The founders Claire Whetter and Sophie Campbell are great lawyers and lovely people and have now been joined by the talented Sarah Brooks to take them to the next level. All of them are qualified lawyers and good decent people.

Yesterday I was delighted to attend their social evening to announce the practice becoming Brooks Whetter Campbell. I wish you every success ladies and really enjoyed a lovely evening, thank you.

Resolution Together is a new process where separating couples use the same solicitor and work together to find a fair outcome which meets the future needs of them both.

My 30 years of experience has taught me that achieving a fair outcome which both parties can accept as being fair is far better than having lawyers barking at each other to score points and one or both parties feeling they’ve been on the wrong end of ruff treatment.
