We are delighted to welcome two new members to our growing team. Faye Shortall has joined the Employment Team as a Senior Associate and Olusola Makinde has joined the Residential Property Team as an Associate.

Faye joins Warners with extensive experience advising both businesses and individuals on a wide range of employment matters. Her expertise includes day-to-day employment issues, disciplinary and grievance procedures, dismissals, discrimination and whistleblowing, as well as employment tribunal proceedings. She also works closely with corporate teams, providing specialist employment advice in connection with corporate transactions.

Sola qualified as a solicitor in 2021 after achieving a first-class Law degree at the University of Hertfordshire and completing the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School. She brings experience across a broad range of residential and commercial property matters, including sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build transactions, commercial acquisitions and disposals, leases and refinancing.
