The inventory will be carried out 2 hours before the scheduled Check in time, we will meet the new tenant(s) at the property, walk them around, hand over the keys and record signature(s) on-site so there is nothing else left for you to do. Check Out Inventory
Our inventory clerk will carry out a direct comparison made between the condition of the property and the original inventory provided. Tenants will vacate the property, our findings will not differ whether the tenant is present or not. We do things a little differently.

We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Lettings Administrator to support our busy lettings team. Hours can be flexible, full or part time, a minimum of 3 days per week and every other Saturday morning.

• Handling enquiries via email, phone, and in person
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and utility companies
• Preparing lettings documentation and tenancy agreements
• Keeping our property management system accurate and up to date
• Supporting both the lettings and sales teams with general admin tasks
• Accompanying potential tenants on property viewings (as needed)
• Assisting with compliance to ensure all managed properties meet legal standards

• Highly organised and detail-oriented
