More and more we are seeing sales fall through after less than positive surveys.
Fear of legal action means surveyors are being more and more cautious and this leads to uncertainty and apprehension amongst buyers.

My thoughts go out to all those at Dawnus.
Many of you still there from when I worked there over a decade ago.
It's a great shame to see such a large South Wales contractor go into administration when there are so many exciting large scale projects in our own fine city being given to contractors from over the bridge.
It's a big loss for our South Wales Construction industry.
