Tenby looks picture perfect, but there’s something people don’t talk about.
Long term, derelict, empty properties that sit idle for generations.
Yes, we can apply record high council on these properties however when there’s no motivation from the owners to sell, we are left with long term, decaying empty properties.
I have spoken with neighbours across the town and they’re rightly angry, frustrated, fed up of redecorating their continually damp walls because their next door neighbour is absent.
I will stop at nothing until derelict empty properties no longer plague our towns in Pembrokeshire.
