It’s one of the most common questions couples ask, and the answer is often not what people expect.

Pre-nuptial agreements are no longer just for celebrities or ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Increasingly, couples are choosing prenups to create clarity, protect family wealth, safeguard business interests, preserve inheritances, or simply have open conversations about finances before marriage.
