"Jason helped me out with some legal advice when I was facing the sack due to the discriminatory Vaccination as a Condition of Employment with the NHS. His support and sound legal advice gave me the confidence to tackle my line management and Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. He was also very honest about what he thought may or may not happen. His advice helped me understand the Law, my rights and my protections under Article 8 of the Human Rights Act. I was able to to refuse Stage 1 and Stage 2 VCOD meetings, whilst being able to have confidence that they had no where to go with it.
