Large roof clean smashed out this week 😎

We rarely get time to fit in private jobs nowadays, but managed to squeeze this one in for a family friend, and boy what a transformation! 😍

✅ Roof steamed to remove moss & algae
✅ Gutters/downpipes/gullys cleared
✅ Biocide treatment applied
✅ Upvc & windows washed

Thats how its done 🤌

Roof clean completed in Belfast 😎

✅ Roof scraped to remove moss
✅ Gutters/downpipes/gullys cleared
✅ Biocide treatment applied
✅ Upvc/windows washed

The roof will now continue to self clean over the next 12 months with the biocide actively working to breakdown and help remove and remaining moss/algae/lichen prolonging the life of the roof and improving the overall look of the property for years to come 🤌

Christmas is a time for celebration, a time for family and appreciation for the things you have, this year i am specialy thankful for the people sitting round this table with me, they have all helped build PPM back from a rocky start to 2025 to being a strong and steady business once again! Special thanks to Nathan Mccombe who picked me and PPM up off the ground and took us running into 2025 full steam to get us to where we are now! ♥️

Christmas isnt about the presents under the tree, its about the folk sitting around it, i dont need any gifts this year, i have the best team i could ask for, i have my health, i have my family, wake up everyday thankful to god for giving us another day on this earth to make a difference!

We cleaned 2 of the roofs on this row in Portrush, can anyone tell which 2? 🫣🤣

What started out as a simple gutter cleaning job a few weeks ago, turned into a much bigger job.

Whilst out cleaning the gutters, we noticed a broken tile on the roof, when replacing this we spotted the signs of long term dampness on the felt, and upon further inspection found the felt rotted out and damaged along the bottom of this roof,

Roof stripped, felt replaced, battens replaced, and roof tiled back up again! 😎

When you get Pristine to do a job for you, we share the same pride you have in your home, its our job to find the faults you dont know to look for, and we will always advise on the best care for your home ☺️

From an extremely rocky start to the year due to some personal issues that nearly seen the end of PPM, to now rocketing back towards the scale we were mid last year, the past 6 months has been somewhat of a journey for me, and for the business!

But with the help of some of my closest friends and family, we are putting back the pieces and building a stronger business than ever before 😎

Tonight marks the start of a new contract we have secured with retails giant 'Dunnes Stores' 3 full squads out on night shift to complete this grand underground carpark in one of the ROI stores. 🤙
