🟪Yesterday the House of Commons approved the final version of the Renters’ Rights Bill resulting it in moving to Royal Assent.

The government has yet to confirm when it’s implementation plan will be released but it is assumed the commencement of the bill is to be expected in the first quarter of 2026. 🟪
