Thank you for your correspondence and for outlining the error that has clearly been made on behalf of BW Legal in this instance.

I wanted to send a response to provide an update on this case following BW Legal's actions which you have highlighted, where it appears that when the case was referred to them with the intention to take legal action, they instead seemingly processed the case for debt recovery processes to take place.

In light of the below, I can confirm that we will today be asking BW Legal to no longer pursue this case (in any capacity) and I am going to cancel the Parking Charge in its entirety. I know that you have raised concerns in regard to your data and how it is processed, so I wanted to confirm that once cancellation has taken place, your data will be processed in line with our data retention routines and schedules (in regard to data disposal) and no further processing will be undertaken.
