A lovely long message from a customer which we thought we'd share:
"FRS were great. In a matter of weeks they arranged a refund for me for PPI of which I had no knowledge at all that I had paid, so without their help, I would never have known about it.
I spoke to several members of staff whilst my claim was ongoing and each was very helpful, friendly and quick to respond to any problem. I really don't think I could have dealt with this on my own and it was so nice to have someone deal with it on my behalf, thank you all so much."
Mrs English received £1,795 from Lloyds Bank for mis-sold PPI and says it will be used to help out with grandchildren.
