New school term, new notebooks and pens 📓✏️ Is it a new chapter for your sale too? 🤷🏻‍♀️🏠

This Bank Holiday, we spent the day putting together a little something to hand deliver. 📒✍️☕️

Life has changed a fair bit for us with my health issues 🤦‍♀️😬 no more big nights out or hours spent at the gym at wknds.
So today we thought we would look closer to home for some nice walks with plenty of pauses along the way to rest. Cambridge is half an hour away parked up!
We started at Fen Ditton and walked up to midsummer common with a stop at Chesterton. Then on the way back at the Museum of Technology with tiered outdoor seating looking onto the river. We had the most amazing Scotts Pizza🍕and a Hugo Spritz 🍹
Been amazing to feel able to get out and about ❤️ now for some football ⚽️ and finish off prepping our next marketing campaign 🤓.

I’m particularly proud to have agreed sales on homes that had previously been on the market with other agents without finding a buyer. Sometimes a fresh approach, a new strategy and a bit more personal attention can make all the difference.

I started John Chand Personal Estate Agent because I wanted to do estate agency differently personal, hands-on and with one person alongside you from start to finish.

And we’re only 13 weeks in. 💚
