Well it's been a while since I was on here but here I am bright and buzzy today. The conveyancing world is extremely busy well my work is, but still we have many lawyers who are working for a buyer or seller on the other side that seem unable to comprehend a simple process. It is very frustrating and makes someone like me (who always looks out for my client) life difficult but we get on with it and get the job done. I have no idea how some companies manage with lawyers who actually done give a damn but there we are. Lots of very good lawyers I dealt with many years ago now retired. It is a shame but I will keep plugging on and looking after my clients the best I can. Many people recommend me so I am obviously doing something right

Ok just today and the stamp duty saga will be over yet again. Lots and lots of people completed and saved lots of pennies
