Aerial surveys after fire, flood and storm damage can get you working safely and quickly.
After a serious incident, decisions have to be made long before the site or farm is safe to walk.
A drone gives a full picture of the damage within hours, captured from outside the danger zone.
Image Surveys provides rapid-response aerial capture following fire, flood, storm damage, structural collapse and impact events. High-resolution imagery and mapped outputs record the extent of damage, the condition of land, roofs and structures that cannot be approached on foot, debris spread and the state of neighbouring property. This is especially the case where flooded land can present hazzards not easily seen form the ground over a large area and this data can be overlaid on known maps.
That record supports insurance claims and loss adjusting, structural engineering assessments, health and safety decisions on access and exclusion zones, and contractor scoping.
Aerial survey also works in the other direction. A dated pre-incident record establishes the condition of a building before anything happened, which is often the missing evidence when a claim is contested or a defect disputed. It can even quickly identify missed dangers like a blocked drainage ditch.
Each survey is issued as a written, dated report rather than a folder of loose images.
