Great day yesterday at the Northwood Landlord Roadshow in Southport!

Our team were on hand throughout the event, speaking one-to-one with landlords and property professionals about the legal issues affecting them right now.

With speakers including Paul Shamplina of Landlord Action and the brilliant Angelika Simpson, Solicitor in the Wills, Trusts and Probate team at the Jackson Lees Group, the sessions got to the heart of the sector’s biggest challenges, and how to prepare for what’s coming next.

Events like this cut through the jargon and offer genuinely practical guidance for our local Merseyside community, and it was fantastic to keep the conversations going at our stand all day.
