⏰ URGENT: Major changes affecting landlords start TOMORROW

From tomorrow, significant measures under the Renters Rights Act 2025 are set to take effect, fundamentally changing how landlords operate in the private rented sector.

These reforms see the abolition of Assured Shorthold Tenancies and the 'no fault' Section 21 notice, and bring in changes including:

⚠ How and when landlords can regain possession of a property
⚠ Rules/ requirements around tenancy management
⚠ Rules surrounding rent increases

Landlords who do not act in accordance with the new rules may face fines, financial penalties and/ or enforcement action. It is therefore incredibly important that Landlords are up to speed with the changes being made under the 2025 Act.
