No script… just real life behind the scenes of a staging day 😂

🚐 3.5-hour drive
📦 2 hours unloading & furniture placement
🔨 4 hours building, styling & staging…

Then a quick change of clothes to present the finished property 🎥🏡

All while knowing we’ve still got a 3.5-hour drive home ahead of us 😅

By this point, if I blunder my words… we’re just rolling with it! 😂

Because behind every polished “after” photo is a LOT of work that you don’t always see.

Long drives, vans full of furniture, unloading, building, lifting, styling, tweaking… and making sure every room is ready to make the best possible first impression.

Exhausting? Sometimes.
Worth it when you see the transformation? Absolutely. 💙

Last nights sky & sunset was a beautiful scene after the storm. Of course we chose to go out on a bike ride.

No… and neither do I. 💙

Today I’m on a boat, surrounded by turquoise waters, on holiday with my family — and good friends and for once, I’m allowing myself to enjoy it without the guilt.

Building a business takes a LOT. The early mornings, late nights, endless lists, problem solving, sourcing, loading, driving, staging, de-staging… and all the things nobody sees behind the scenes.

But I didn’t build my business just to be busy.

I built it to create a life I love.

A business that gives me independence, flexibility and the opportunity to have days like this — switching off, spending time with my family and actually enjoying what I’ve worked so hard to create.

There will always be another email.
Another quote.
Another job to organise.
Another thing on the list.

But there won’t always be another summer exactly like this one. ☀️🌊

So today, the laptop can wait.

This is part of the success too.

De-stage Day 🚚✨

Today marks the end of another successful staging project as we carefully pack everything away, ready for the next property transformation.

Every de-stage is a reminder that our furniture has done its job. It has helped create an emotional connection, showcased the property’s full potential, attracted buyers, and given our clients the very best chance of achieving a successful sale.

People often see the finished photographs, but behind every stage and de-stage are hours of planning, lifting, wrapping, loading, cleaning, dismantling furniture, organising stock, and travelling between properties. It’s a true team effort from start to finish.

One home closes a chapter… another is waiting for its transformation.
