Hi, I’m Katy — founder of Style It Sold Property Stagers, interior stylist, creative thinker, problem solver… and most importantly, mum to two teenagers who definitely keep me grounded between staging projects and business dreams. 🤍

I started Style It Sold with a passion for transforming properties into spaces people emotionally connect with. I truly believe a home should make someone stop scrolling, imagine their future there, and instantly want to book a viewing.

Over the years, this little dream has grown into staging homes across the UK — from coastal cottages in Cornwall to city apartments and family homes needing a fresh perspective. Every project is about more than cushions and furniture… it’s about creating feeling, aspiration, and helping sellers achieve the best possible outcome for their property.

When I’m not travelling to installs, sourcing interiors, or redesigning spaces, you’ll usually find me:
