First job in our new van… London, here we come! 🚐🏙️✨

One BIG reason for buying our own van? Being able to finish an exhausting staging day and actually go home.

No unloading everything that evening just to return a hired van. No driving back to the depot, then making another journey home. Just park up securely, leave the unloading until tomorrow and finally put my feet up! 🙌

Those extra hours were taking their toll on my body, my mental health and my sleep. I love what I do, but the person behind the business needs looking after too. ❤️

This van means so much more than transporting furniture. It means breathing space, more time with my family and a little more energy for the job I love.

A big milestone for Style It Sold… and a huge relief for me! 🥂🚐

🚐✨ A milestone moment for Style It Sold… we’ve only gone and bought our OWN VAN! 🙌🥂

Behind every beautifully staged property are countless boxes, sofas, cushions and a whole lot of lifting — and now we have our very own van to carry it all!

This has been a goal for a long time, so finally getting here feels pretty special. Another step forward for the business I’ve poured my heart into. ❤️

Next stop… getting it branded with Style It Sold signage — partly so you can spot us out and about, and partly so we can recognise our own van in the street! 😂🚐

✨ WE’RE HIRING! ✨

Love interiors and enjoy hands-on work? Style It Sold is looking for flexible, highly motivated stagers to join our growing team! 🏡🌿

You’ll need to:

✔️ Be reliable, enthusiastic and happy working as part of a team
✔️ Safely lift and carry reasonably sized boxes and help move furniture, including small sofas
✔️ Follow a styling brief and have an eye for detail
✔️ Be flexible and available for staging installations and removals
✔️ Hold a full, clean driving licence

Willing to travel some longer distance to locations of work🏡 Some jobs come up at short notice, so the ability to occasionally step in for last-minute projects would be a real advantage.

This is a freelance, self-employed opportunity, with work arranged around our project schedule.

We’re seeking people who want to grow with our team and are not intending to set up their own competing staging company. You’ll be required to sign a freelance agreement covering this expectation, confidentiality and protection of our client relationships.

Have experience in property and some spare time? We’d love to hear from you! 🏡

We’re looking for an organised, proactive Administration & Lead Generation Assistant to help us find new opportunities, follow up enquiries and keep our lead system up to date.

You’ll be:
🔎 Researching potential property leads
📞 Following up enquiries by phone and email
💻 Adding and managing leads in our CRM
📋 Keeping accurate records and arranging follow-ups

You’ll need to be confident communicating with clients and familiar with CRM systems. Experience in property, estate agency or lettings is preferred.

💛 A flexible, commission-based role to fit around your spare time. Commission details will be discussed during the application process.

Now I’m back to drinking approximately 10 coffees a day, up to my eyes in accounts and admin before the mad staging rush and event planning begin! ☕️🧾🏡
