A grade II listed property located in East Yorkshire, the client was looking to fully refurbish the property into a more fitting modern family home 🏠
The refurbishment consisted of redesigning the kitchen, living areas and bedrooms to utilise the existing space of the property. Original features were preserved such as the solid wood flooring and wooden beams with modern additions including a new bathroom, kitchen and living space.
