This is an excellent opportunity to join our expanding firm, where you will have the opportunity to grow and develop the family law department. This position comes with excellent prospects for progression and would suit someone seeking a step-up regarding responsibility.

The ideal candidate will be motivated to run their own case load of privately funded client matters to a very high standard applying their knowledge and understanding of law and practices, as well as develop their expertise. Confidently running cases consisting of Divorce and Finances, Separation, Civil Partnerships, Cohabitation disputes, Child Arrangements Order and Protection from Violence and Harassment Orders is essential.

路 You will be a Family Solicitor / Legal Executive with at least 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of PQE)

路 You will have good experience of running your own general family, privately funded caseload

路 Ability to represent before the Family Court or experience in advocacy is a distinct advantage

路 A client following is an advantage

路 Energy, drive and enthusiasm are key

路 You will have a meticulous, almost forensic eye for detail

路 Excellent communication and client care skills are necessary.

路 The successful candidate will combine both fee earning and management and develop their career, in addition will enjoy a certain amount of autonomy and work in a relatively standalone role but will have the support of an experienced and knowledgeable team and a legal assistant.

Salary is negotiable depending on your level of PQE / We may consider a consultant fee-sharing arrangement.
