We’re hiring: Commercial Property & Corporate Paralegal - Skipton
Walker Foster is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Commercial Property Paralegal to join our Skipton team.

This is a varied role supporting fee earners with commercial property and corporate matters, including:

✅ Preparing client care and compliance documents
✅ Obtaining title documents and submitting searches
✅Preparing Stamp Duty forms, completion statements and Land Registry applications
✅Drafting contracts, transfer deeds, leases and other transactional documents under supervision
✅Managing Companies House filings and reviewing contract documents
✅Supporting client communications and general office administration

Prior Corporate experience preferred, prior Commercial Property experience essential.

We’re looking for someone who is hardworking, adaptable, detail-focused and confident using Word and Excel. You’ll also need to be able to manage tasks effectively, use your initiative and contribute positively to a busy, supportive team.
