Thank you for all who attended our Charity Ball at Peaberry Cafe in Shrewsbury. We managed to raise in excess of £490 for a very deserving cause in the form of the Wolverhampton MS Therapy Centre. A big thank you to everyone for their involvement, whether it was attending, donating raffle prizes or purchasing raffle tickets. We are very grateful and look forward to seeing you all again soon!

Hi All, We will be holding a social event next Wednesday 27th July at The Boathouse in Shrewsbury http://www.boathouseshrewsbury.co.uk/ - we will be there from 6.00pm. Hopefully we will still have a little of this weather so will be able to sit outside and enjoy the early evening sunshine.

Feel free to bring colleagues, friends ,family, very informal and the more the merrier.

The Boathouse is one of Shrewsbury's most loved historic pubs. Its stunning location on the banks of the River Severn allows it magnificent views of the river and the Quarry park.

The branch would like to extend its support to those receiving exam results at this time. We are always keen to find out about your news so do please share it with us so we can help congratulate you on those well deserved results. If the results were not what you expect or hoped for equally the branch are here to help and support. Please drop us a line and we will be happy to talk to you, help give you support and guidance for more training for the next time or just be an ear to help listen to how you are feeling. Thank you all who attended the CILEx Shropshire & Mid Wales Branch AGM on Monday 1st February 2016. The minutes have now been mailed to all who attended and are available upon request. A lot of good ideas were put forward for events for this year and we look forward to providing details of the same shortly. The parties elected to run the branch as are as follows; Chair – Sophie Yates, Vice Chair – Sarah Mears, Treasurer – Sophie Davies, Secretary – combined role of Chair, Vice Chair and Treasurer, Social Media – Jamie Molloy.
