A Weekend at Silverstone!

Following our new partnership announcement, the Taylor Emmet team headed to Silverstone to support Rowan Campbell-Pilling during the GB3 Championship.

A huge thank you to Rowan and his team for organising a fantastic day, filled with racing action, pit lane access and valuable time spent with our clients.

It was brilliant to go behind the scenes, experience the atmosphere of a race weekend and see the incredible teamwork, preparation and dedication that goes into competing at this level.

Congratulations to Rowan on an outstanding weekend, securing two podium finishes in the fifth round of the 2026 season. 👏

12 hours, 47km and 62,000 steps later, our annual Charity Walk is complete! 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️

Last Friday, the Taylor Emmet team took on our annual Charity Walk, walking between all five of our offices while raising money for our chosen 2026 charity partners, Sheffield Children's Hospital Charity, Support Dogs, Ashgate Hospice and Work Ltd.

The route took us from Rotherham, through to Sheffield and Dronfield, before finishing in Bakewell, with colleagues taking on different distances along the way. We also stopped outside our soon to be new Taylor Emmet HQ at the Isaacs Building.

A huge thank you to the wonderful team at Support Dogs for stopping by our Sheffield South West office with the dogs to cheer us on! 🐾 It was brilliant to have one of our charity partners there to support us along the way and learn more about the amazing work they do.

A brilliant day of teamwork, fundraising and supporting four fantastic causes.

⭐️ Still time to donate!

Every contribution makes a difference and is hugely appreciated!

We’re proud to announce our new partnership with Sheffield born GB3 driver Rowan Campbell-Pilling.

As a firm with Sheffield at our heart, we’re passionate about supporting local talent. Rowan’s ambition, dedication and commitment reflect the values we share at Taylor Emmet.

TE Wealth branding will feature on Rowan’s GB3 car throughout the 2026 season, reflecting the firm’s continued investment in exceptional talent while raising the profile of its growing private wealth offering.

The partnership also reflects a shared commitment to our community, with both Rowan and Taylor Emmet proud ambassadors for Sheffield Children's Hospital Charity.

We recently welcomed Rowan to the office to celebrate the partnership, meet the team and get a first look at the TE Wealth branding.

We can’t wait to follow his journey both on and off the track! 🏎️

Last month, we were proud to announce that Taylor Emmet had become one of the first law firms in the North to support Law Beats Cancer, a pioneering initiative bringing the legal profession together to raise vital funds for Cancer Research UK.

We're now delighted to see our commitment featured in the latest edition of Leeds & Yorkshire Lawyer, alongside an interview with Ben Brown, Head of TE Charity Assist, who shares his thoughts on purpose-led leadership, social responsibility and why values should shape every decision a business makes.

As Head of TE Charity Assist, Ben works closely with charities across the UK, helping them maximise legacy income, navigate complex legal challenges and build long-term sustainability. His interview explores why supporting the communities we serve is fundamental to who we are as a firm, and why collaboration can create far greater impact than competition.

Together, we're proud to support and protect the people, charities and communities that make such a difference.

Our Annual Charity Walk is back for 2026! 👟

On Friday 7th August, our employees will take on a 47km challenge, connecting all five of our offices to raise money for our four chosen charity partners for 2026/27.

We're proud to be supporting:
- Sheffield Children's Hospital Charity
- Support Dogs
- Ashgate Hospice
- Work Ltd

Last year's walk raised an incredible £2,775, and we're hoping to beat that total this year.

Employees can choose to walk 5km, 10km, 15km, 22km or tackle the full 47km challenge.

Please consider donating via our JustGiving page:

We are pleased to announce that Taylor Emmet has joined Law Beats Cancer, a pioneering initiative that brings together the legal profession and Cancer Research UK (CRUK) to help accelerate life-saving cancer research.

Cancer affects almost every family in some way, with nearly one in two people in the UK expected to receive a diagnosis during their lifetime. While survival rates have doubled in recent decades thanks to significant advances in research, Cancer Research UK is still unable to fund many world-class research projects each year due to limited resources.

Law Beats Cancer has been established to help close that gap by uniting solicitors, barristers and in-house legal teams around a shared cause. Rather than operating as a traditional fundraising campaign, it aims to create a movement across the legal sector, bringing people together through thought leadership, networking opportunities, fundraising events, challenges and other initiatives that foster a strong sense of community and purpose.

By joining Law Beats Cancer, we have an opportunity to come together as a firm, alongside colleagues from across the profession to contribute to research that has the potential to save and improve lives.

The initiative already has strong backing from across the legal sector, but it is designed to be much more than a one-off campaign. Law Beats Cancer belongs to the entire profession, offering us all the opportunity to be part of something meaningful and to use our collective influence as a force for good.

Our involvement also aligns closely with the forthcoming launch of TE Charity Assist, a new service through which we will provide a range of legal support to charities and third-sector organisations. Further details on this initiative will be shared shortly, but it reflects our wider commitment to supporting causes that have a positive impact on our communities.
